Frack Free Fylde are a group of concerned local residents who have joined together in a collective effort to put a stop to hydraulic fracturing on the Wyre & Fylde coast.

The Hydraulic Fracturing ("fracking) industry has left a toxic legacy in many of the communities that it has touched worldwide. It has also caused widespread environmental degradation. Residents on the Fylde have already suffered property damage due to seismic activity in the exploration phase.

Our aim, with the help of our local community, is to stop this before any more damage is done.

This site will provide relevant information for local residents. We will highlight here the facts that the fracking companies would prefer you not to know, and we will counterbalance the spin from their very active PR machine.
